nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.”

Our Desire is to serve God's will by helping people to understand that he is still with us today. On April of 2008, my
son and I were in a front end car collision that almost took our lives. I was told that both sides of my brain was bleeding, that
my heart had stopped, that my lungs were deflated, that my right leg was broken from hip to ankle, and that both of my feet
were crushed and had to be rebuilt.
When I woke up after so many days, possibly, weeks later, many were grateful for my recovery-even myself. I would like to
take credit for my survival, but I would be wrong. I would like give credit to the doctors for their skills, but they were only the
mere instruments that Our Lord and Savior used to save my life.
My older brother drove from Omaha, Nebraska, to Dallas, Texas, upon hearing of my life threatening injuries-not knowing if he
would be shipping back my body, or driving back-his critically damaged sister to our hometown.
While my brother and his wife were driving down from Omaha, Nebraska, my mother, The Prayer Warrior, was making
supplication-prayers of intercession upon my behalf. My brother and the rest of the family made the necessary calls to
everyone else to make them all aware of my condition. And their prayers went up that day to saved my life. If it had not been
for everyone prayers, God mercy and grace, and the fact that he-God heard their prayers, I would not be here now writing this
for you to read.
